Instinctive Fly Fishing: A Guide’s Guide to Better Trout Fishing, by Taylor Streit

This new book on fly fishing is packed with advice for anglers of all levels of skill. Although it has a few pages of tips, as well as a humorous discussion of the different types of anglers and an analysis of their personalities at the start, most of it is an in-depth of techniques, flies, and trout behaviour. It also contains advice on equipment for many different conditions, and on caring for that equipment. Illustrated with line drawings and black-and-white photographs, this 229 page book has a good index, so it’s easy to look up a particular topic.
